You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide valid documents and information as required under the KYC norms of the Reserve Bank of India.

4. Interest and Charges

Interest rates, processing fees, and other charges are determined by the lending partners and will be communicated to you before you accept the loan offer. It is your responsibility to review all terms and charges carefully.

Ltd.) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
